Set exactly one of amount or percent. The percent is a number (2.5 = 2.5%).

How the fee applies to the ticket count: MULTIPLIER or DIVISOR; defaults to the matching ticket-fee preset's math type, otherwise DIVISOR.

maxTotalnumber

Cap on the fee, in whole currency units.
